NOW HIRING – HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (Culpeper, VA)

Hiring for a full time heavy equipment operator. You will be completing site work for our residential customers. Must be experienced in reading house / grading plans. Primary job will be operating a CAT 953C track loader as well as a CAT 320 track excavator from time to time operating a Bobcat T870 track skid loader and Bobcat E50 track mini excavator. Land clearing, lot grading, digging basement foundations, placing basements on grade using a laser level, installing driveways, backfilling and final grades.

• Pay is competitive & based on experience
• Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 hours each week
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment
• Valid Virginia state driver’s license is required
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently
• Attendance and punctuality is extremely important
